Returns & Exchanges

At Ruggers Rugby Supply, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the pitch. If your equipment or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or RA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
